The PEOPLE, etc., respondent, v. Michael PARKER, appellant.

David P. Greenberg, New York, N.Y., for appellant. Kenneth P. Thompson, District Attorney, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Leonard Joblove and Keith Dolan of counsel; Roxanne Garcia on the memorandum), for respondent.

David P. Greenberg, New York, N.Y., for appellant. Kenneth P. Thompson, District Attorney, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Leonard Joblove and Keith Dolan of counsel; Roxanne Garcia on the memorandum), for respondent.

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ingram, J.), imposed May 2, 2013, upon his plea of guilty, on the ground that the sentence was excessive.

ORDERED that the sentence is affirmed.

The defendant's valid waiver of his right to appeal precludes review of his contention that the sentence imposed was excessive( see People v. Mendez, 128 A.D.3d 854, 7 N.Y.S.3d 903). ENG, P.J., BALKIN, DICKERSON, CHAMBERS and DUFFY, JJ., concur.
