ORDER
Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
On the Court's own motion, in light of the death of defendant's appointed counsel Madelaine P. Lyda, this case is REMANDED to the trial court for appointment of substitute appellate counsel for defendant within 14 days of the Clerk's certification of this order. The trial court shall send a copy of the order appointing substitute counsel to the Clerk of this Court within 7 days after entry of the order.
The Clerk of the Court shall provide a copy of this order to the Michigan Appellate Assigned Counsel System and to defendant Tyrone Demarcus Parker.
