THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. JUSTIN T. PALOMBI, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to extend the stay of sentence pending the appeal taken from the judgment of Ontario County Court rendered September 27, 2019, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed to the extent that it seeks an extension of the stay of sentence granted by Justice Winslow inasmuch as such stay expired by the terms of the Court's March 2, 2020 order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 24, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
