THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. JUSTIN T. PALOMBI, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to extend the stay of sentence pending the appeal taken from the judgment of Ontario County Court rendered September 27, 2019, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that it seeks an extension of the stay of sentence granted by Justice Winslow on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before May 8, 2020, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as unnecessary to the extent that it seeks an extension to perfect the appeal.
