To the extent defendant challenges the trial court's decision to deny his successive motion for relief from judgment, the delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the successive motion for relief from judgment. To the extent defendant challenges the trial court's decision to deny the motion for an evidentiary hearing, the application is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.
