An order of this Court having been entered on May 14, 2019 (M-1034), granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about January 24, 2019, and assigning Robert S. Dean, Esq., Center for Appellate Litigation, as counsel to prosecute the appeal; and a motion having been made to relieve such counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence received from defendant-appellant, dated July 20, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
