People v. Padian

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Feb 8, 1988
137 A.D.2d 632 (N.Y. App. Div. 1988)

Opinion

February 8, 1988

Appeal from the County Court, Putnam County (Hickman, J.).

Ordered that the sentence is affirmed.

Considering the nature and circumstances of the crime, we find no merit in the defendant's contention that the sentence imposed was excessive (see, People v Anderson, 131 A.D.2d 490; People v Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80). Mangano, J.P., Kunzeman, Rubin, Kooper and Harwood, JJ., concur.
