DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for permission to file an abridged record on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, dated April 30, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted.

In support of the motion, appellant avers that the sole issue on appeal is the District Court's interpretation and application of CPL § 30.30 (5-a). Under the circumstances, and in the absence of opposition, the motion is granted.
