Appeal by defendant, as limited by his motion, from an amended sentence of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (D'Amaro, J.), imposed June 16, 1981.


Appeal dismissed. Defendant's sentence has expired. Titone, J.P., O'Connor, Thompson and Rubin, JJ., concur.
