(Super. Ct. No. 2011008212)
(Ventura County)
Eugene A. Ortega appeals a judgment entered after he expressly waived his constitutional rights, pleaded guilty to robbery, and admitted serving two prior prison terms. (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 667.5, subd. (b).)
A plea agreement provided that the trial court would sentence Ortega to a prison term of three years and the prosecutor would move to dismiss the two prior prison term allegations. Accordingly, the court sentenced Ortega to a three-year prison term, imposed various fines and fees, ordered victim restitution, and awarded 95 days of presentence custody credit. The court also granted the prosecutor's motion to dismiss the prior prison term allegations.
We appointed counsel to represent Ortega in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, she filed an opening brief raising no issues.
On November 15, 2011, we advised Ortega that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We have not received a response from him.
We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Ortega's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)
The judgment is affirmed.
