Motion for leave to prosecute appeal as a poor person upon one typewritten copy of the record and five typewritten copies of the brief granted. Application for an extension of time within which to perfect appeal granted and time extended until the March 1959 Term of this court. Application to settle record should be addressed to the County Court, Albany County. Application in all other respects denied.
