Leave to Appeal Denied May 24, 1996:

reported below: 210 Mich. App. 9.

I would remand to the trial court for a determination of indigency, and, if defendant is found to be indigent, appointment of a lawyer to file an application for leave to appeal, especially under the circumstance that a codefendant's application is now again before the Court of Appeals as People v McCray, No. 193157, where he is represented by the State Appellate Defender's Office.

Court of Appeals No. 136590.
