People v. Ordonez

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Oct 16, 1990
166 A.D.2d 286 (N.Y. App. Div. 1990)

Opinion

October 16, 1990

Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Jay Gold, J.), rendered on or about July 9, 1986, unanimously affirmed. Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted. (See, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Saunders, 52 A.D.2d 833.) We have reviewed this record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal. We have considered defendant's pro se contentions and find them to be without merit.

Concur — Kupferman, J.P., Sullivan, Milonas, Asch and Kassal, JJ.
