An appeal and cross appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 1, 2015, and an appeal having been taken by petitioner-respondent-appellant from an order, same Court and Justice, entered on or about June 20, 2016, And, petitioner-respondent-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals from the aforesaid orders, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals and cross appeal to the February 2018 Term.
