MOTION DECISION

Defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 09, 2015 under Ind. No. 4935/14, and from a judgment of resentence, same court, entered or about February 9, 2015, under Ind. No. 3922/13, or in the alternative, to deem the appeals timely perfected.

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to the October 2022 Term of this Court.
