Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct in this reciprocal discipline matter and suspended Respondent, David Warren Olivero from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day. The respondent was suspended from the practice of law in Illinois for six months for making a statement of material fact while knowing it to be false in connection with an attorney discipline matter. Respondent' conduct violated Colo. RPC 8.1(a), Colo. RPC 8.4(c), and Colo. RPC 8.4(d). Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
