Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Feb 3, 1992
180 A.D.2d 653 (N.Y. App. Div. 1992)

Opinion

February 3, 1992

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Queens County (Linakis, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Mangano, P.J., Rosenblatt, Lawrence and Copertino, JJ., concur.
