Decision on motion handed down February 19, 1952 ( ante, p. 880), which granted defendants-appellants motion for an extension of time within which to perfect their record on appeal and file their briefs extending said time to April 15, 1952, and the time within which to argue said appeal extended to the May, 1952, Term of this court is hereby amended to read as follows: Motion granted and the time of the defendants-appellants to perfect their record on appeal and file their briefs extended to April 1, 1952, and the time to argue the appeal extended to the May, 1952, Term of this court.
