Motion by defendants-appellants for an order relieving them of conditions contained in a decision and order of this court made on or about the 9th day of January, 1952 ( ante, p. 809). Motion granted and the time of the defendants-appellants to perfect their record on appeal and file their briefs extended to April 15, 1952, and the time to argue the appeal extended to the May, 1952, Term of this court.
