An order of this Court having been entered on January 24, 2023 (Motion No. 2022-04665), inter alia, granting defendant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about August 10, 2022, and assigning Caprice R. Jenerson, Esq., Office of the Appellate Defender, as counsel to prosecute the appeal, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order amending the aforesaid order of assignment to reflect a corrected judgment date of October 12, 2022, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of amending this Court's order of assignment, entered on January 24, 2023, to reflect the correct judgment date of October 12, 2022.
