The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Kaisha Ocasio, Defendant-Appellant.

Unpublished Opinion

PRESENT: Hagler, P.J., Brigantti, Tisch, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Abena Darkeh, J.), rendered January 12, 2017, convicting her, upon her plea of guilty, of harassment in the second degree, and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction (Abena Darkeh, J.), rendered January 12, 2017, affirmed.

Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 [1967]; People v. Saunders, 52 A.D.2d 833 [1976]). We have reviewed this record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues that could be raised on this appeal.

THIS CONSTITUTES THE DECISION AND ORDER OF THE COURT.

I concur
