Appeal from Court of General Sessions of the County of New York.

Present — Dowling, P.J., Merrell, Martin, O'Malley and Proskauer, JJ. Judgment affirmed.


This defendant having in fact been convicted of a felony in Bronx county, as appears by the record in that county, upon this conviction he was properly sentenced by the court. The judgment should, therefore, be affirmed.
