Appellant having moved to reschedule the oral argument of the appeal taken from a judgment of Genesee County Court, rendered January 4, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joseph DeMarie, Esq. dated September 22, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of David E. Gann, Esq. dated October 4, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is removed from the day calendar for January 17, 2012, and,

It is further ORDERED that the appeal shall be added to the day calendar for April 4, 2012.
