The People of the State of New York ex rel. Mark Rouse, pro se, Petitioner-Appellant, v New York County District Attorney, Respondent-Respondent.


An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about May 15, 2015, and said appeal having been perfected, And petitioner having moved for a writ of habeas corpus to be issued from this Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that petitioner's motion is denied, and his application is dismissed, for lack of jurisdiction (CPLR 7002[b]).
