ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to waive fees is DENIED because a review of the prisoner account statement shows the ability to pay.

Within 21 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, appellant shall pay to the Clerk of the Court the entry fee of $375. Failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of the appeal. Defendant has also filed motions for immediate consideration and to remand. Failure to pay the required motion fees ($200 and $100 respectively) will result in the dismissal of the affected motion(s).
