Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated January 29, 2001 (People v. Norwood, 279 A.D.2d 638), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 6, 1998.

Reginald Norwood, a/k/a Willie Bunch, Woodbourne, N.Y., appellant pro se.
