Order
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the January 5, 2021 order of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the Sanilac County Prosecuting Attorney to answer the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order. The prosecutor shall specifically address the defendant's argument that he is entitled to relief from judgment or an evidentiary hearing on the question of whether the complainant made false allegations of sexual assault.
The application for leave to appeal and motion to remand remain pending.
