Appellant having moved to relieve Charles Thomas Noce, Esq. as assigned counsel to conduct the appeal taken from the judgment of Monroe County Court, rendered May 17, 2012,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kathy Manley, Esq. dated November 5, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the filing of consent to change attorney signed by Matthew Norstrand sworn to October 22, 2015, Kathleen P. Reardon signed on November 2, 2015 and Kathy Manley, Esq. dated November 3, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the order entered April 16, 2013, assigning Charles Thomas Noce, Esq. to conduct the appeal and permitting appellant to appeal as a poor person is vacated, and
It is hereby further ORDERED that appellant perfect the appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.3 (b).
