Defendant-appellant having moved, through retained counsel, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about July 27, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of the parties dated May 18, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2017 Term.
