Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended respondent, Mark A. Nierenberg from the practice of law for sixty days with the full sixty day suspension stayed followed by a two year probation subject to certain conditions. Respondent violated the criminal laws of the State of Colorado in violation of Colo. RCP 8.4(b), Colo. RCP 8.4(h), and prior C.R.C.P. 241.6(5). Respondent was ordered to pay costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
