Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court, New York County, rendered December 7, 2001 (James P. Sullivan, J.) convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of petit larceny (Penal Law § 155.25), and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction rendered December 7, 2001 (James P. Sullivan, J.) affirmed.

PRESENT: McCOOE, J.P., DAVIS and SCHOENFELD, Justices.


Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted. ( See, Anders v. California, 386 US 738; People v. Saunders, 52 AD2d 833.) We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.

This constitutes the decision and order of the court.
