Summary Disposition.

No. 123504. In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed. Defendant was convicted of involuntary manslaughter, which is an inferior offense of murder within the meaning of MCL 768.32. MCR 7.302(G)(1). The trial court did not err by instructing the jury on this inferior offense. The case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for consideration of defendant's remaining issues. Court of Appeals No. 227401.
