OPINION

THE COURT.

The opinion filed July 1, 2002 (99 Cal.App.4th 1223; 121 Cal.Rptr.2d 826), is modified as follows:

On page 6, the last full paragraph [99 Cal.App.4th 1227] is modified so that the paragraph reads:

A review of the entire record including the possible issues referred to pursuant to Anders v. California, supra, 386 U.S. 738, has disclosed no reasonably arguable appellate issue except the sections 1230, subdivision (k) and 1385 issues discussed ante.

The petition for rehearing is denied.

There is no change in the judgment.
