THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. EFRAIN NEFTALI FRAGA, Defendant and Appellant.

Defendant, Efrain Fraga appeals from a judgment entered on three separate criminal complaints wherein he pleaded guilty and/or no contest to one felony count of false personation (Pen. Code, § 529), two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11377, subd. (a)), one misdemeanor count of delaying arrest (Pen. Code, § 148, subd. (a)(1)) and two misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended license. (Veh. Code, § 14601.1, subd. (a).) Defendant also admitted one strike prior (Pen. Code, § 667.5, subd. (b)-(i), 1170.12) and two prison priors (Pen. Code, § 667.5 , subd. (b)). After denying defendants motion to strike his "strike" prior, the trial court sentenced defendant to a total of seven years four months. Defendant filed a timely notice of appeal and we appointed counsel to represent defendant in this court.

Appointed counsel filed an opening brief which states the case and the facts but raises no specific issues. We notified defendant of his right to submit written argument in his own behalf within 30 days. We received a letter from the defendant dated March 11, 2003, raising a number of issues.

Pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 158 Cal. Rptr. 839, 600 P.2d 1071, we have reviewed the entire record and have concluded that there is no arguable issue on appeal.

DISPOSITION

The judgment is affirmed.

WE CONCUR: ELIA, J., MIHARA, J. --------------- Notes: The judgment herein arose from three separate criminal complaints: F9883280, FF091899 and FF193472.
