People v. Neals

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jun 8, 1987
131 A.D.2d 602 (N.Y. App. Div. 1987)

Opinion

June 8, 1987

Appeal from the County Court, Nassau County (Lawrence, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant's contention that the trial court committed reversible error when it denied his request to introduce evidence of purported drug sales by the complainant is without merit (see, People v Baysden, 128 A.D.2d 795). Thompson, J.P., Bracken, Lawrence and Spatt, JJ., concur.
