PRESENT:

Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to move for leave to appeal from an order of the Monroe County Court, dated October 30, 2018 and entered November 5, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that defendant file and serve an application pursuant to CPL 460.15 on or before September 30, 2019.
