Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Nassau County (DeRiggi, J.), both rendered April 19, 1999, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree (four counts), reckless endangerment in the first degree (four counts), criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree under Indictment No. 1917/98, and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree under Indictment No. 972/98, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.
