ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The "Motion for Guidance'1 is DENIED. Both sides agree that the recording for the August 4, 2021. sentencing hearing does not exist and, therefore, the transcript for that hearing is unavailable and cannot be produced. Under these circumstances, defendant-appellant must immediately file a motion to settle the record in the trial court pursuant to MCR 7.210(B)(2) or a motion for resentencing under MCR 7.208(B)(1).
