103 Cal.App.4th 941c ___Cal.Rptr.2d___ THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. PATRICIA ANN MURILLO, Defendant and Appellant. E030638 California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Second Division November 22, 2002[Modification of opinion (102 Cal.App.4th 1414; 126 Cal.Rptr.2d 358).]
OPINION
HOLLENHORST, Acting P. J.
It is ordered that the modification dated November 19, 2002, be disregarded.
Reporter's Note: This modification order supersedes and corrects an earlier modification order, which was filed November 19, 2002, and will not be reported in the Official Reports.
The last sentence of the paragraph which begins on page 6 and concludes on page 7 [102 Cal.App.4th 1418, advance report, line 6], beginning "At oral argument, the People argued more specifically that section 1210.1" is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place:
At oral argument, the People argued more specifically that section 1210.1, subdivision (a) applied to the initial sentencing decision, and did not apply to a decision to revoke probation.
There is no change in the judgment.
