Jose Luis Ramirez Murillo appeals an order of probation granted after he expressly waived his constitutional rights and pleaded guilty to felony driving under the influence with prior driving under the influence convictions (count 1), and misdemeanor driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license (count 3), with an admission that his blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent or more. (Veh. Code, §§ 23550, 23152, subd. (a), 14601.5, subd. (a), 23578.) On October 16, 2016, in accordance with a plea agreement, the trial court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Murillo on formal probation for 36 months, with terms and conditions that included 365 days of confinement in county jail and payment of various fines and fees.
We appointed counsel to represent Murillo in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, he filed an opening brief raising no issues.
On August 14, 2017, we advised Murillo by mail that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We have not received a response.
We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Murillo's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)
The judgment is affirmed.
