Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jul 26, 1982
89 A.D.2d 625 (N.Y. App. Div. 1982)

Opinion

July 26, 1982

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Beldock, J.), rendered November 18, 1980, convicting him of attempted burglary in the third degree, upon a plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious grounds which could be raised on this appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf. People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Mollen, P.J., Gibbons, O'Connor and Thompson, JJ., concur.
