Opinion

No. 109170.

July 9, 1997

Summary Dispositions July 9, 1997:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, that portion of the Court of Appeals judgment which remanded for an evidentiary hearing pursuant to People v Hays, 164 Mich. App. 7 (1987), is vacated. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Unlike People v Hays, the defendant and his attorney signed a plea form indicating they had reviewed the charges and were satisfied with the decision to plead guilty. No other challenges having been raised to the Court of Appeals judgment, the judgment is otherwise affirmed.

Court of Appeals No. 198179.

We would deny leave to appeal.
