Appellant having moved for reargument of the order of this Court entered November 14, 2014, or, in the alternative, a writ of error coram nobis vacating the order of this Court entered June 16, 2000, affirming a judgment of Monroe County Court rendered April 10, 1995, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Timothy Muldrow sworn to December 16, 2014 and February 6, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the addendums dated December 16, 2014 and February 6, 2015 are accepted for filing, and the motion is otherwise denied.
