Appellant having moved for permission to file and serve an additional pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Niagara County Court, rendered July 15, 2016,
Now upon reading and filing the affidavits of Kenneth T. Mulcahy sworn to August 21, 2017 and August 23, 2017, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept the 10 copies of a supplemental pro se brief filed on August 24, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a response to the pro se supplemental brief, filed on August 24, 2017, if any, on or before September 26, 2017.
