By decision and order on motion dated July 17, 2015, the time to file and serve the responding brief was extended to August 17, 2015. Respondent has failed to file the brief or seek an extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve the responding brief on or before August 27, 2015.
