ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 29, 2011, be modified as follows: On page 10, in the Discussion section, part II heading beginning “The Trial Court Did Not Err by Admitting Evidence, ” insert the word “Prejudicially” between the words “Not” and “Err.” This modification does not effect a change in the judgment. The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
