Order
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the February 21, 2023 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted. On remand, the Court of Appeals shall specifically address whether this Court's decision in People v Beck , 504 Mich. 605, 939 N.W.2d 213 (2019), should apply retroactively to cases that have become final on direct review.
