Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order of this Court decided and entered November 20, 2018, is vacated, and, upon renewal, the motion, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to take an appeal is granted and the time is extended to October 19, 2020.
