Defendant-appellant having moved for leave to appeal from two orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 9, 2018 and, if granted, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for a stay of the underlying criminal proceeding pending the determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied in all respects.
