Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, rendered July 24, 1961 after a jury trial, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, so serve a term of 15 to 30 years. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Hill, JJ. concur.
